Article 95 — Death of Trader

1/ The spouse or the heirs of a deceased trader shall apply for the registration to be cancelled within sixty consecutive days from the death except in circumstances beyond their control. 2/ Where the right holders under Sub-Article (1) of this Article wish to carry on the trade under joint ownership, they shall apply for a new registration indicating their preferred form of business organization.
