Article 487 — Suspension of Distribution

The surplus assets may not be distributed to the shareholders until one year from the third publication specified in Sub-Article (1) of Article 484 of this Code: Provided that the court may order the distribution of the surplus assets before the expiry of this period where it is satisfied that the creditors will not suffer.
