Article 477 — Requirements to Qualify as a Liquidator

A person may qualify as a liquidator upon the fulfillment of the following requirements: 1/ be of a good character; 2/ have the necessary expertise to undertake liquidation; 3/ No record of conviction of breach of trust, theft, robbery or other similar criminal offenses while serving as a promoter, director, manager, member of supervisory board. Auditor or holding any other managerial position or under any other circumstance.
