Article 518 — Auditor

1/ where a private limited company consists of ten and more members or its total assets exceed Ten Million Ethiopian Birr; it shall have an independent and impartial external Auditor. 2/ an Auditor shall be elected by a general meeting. 3/ the provisions of Article 343354 of this Code shall apply as appropriate to an Auditor of a private limited company.
