Article 417 — Powers of Debenture Holders` Meetings

1/ Meetings may adopt resolutions to protect the interests of debenture holders, to enforce the loan agreement and to provide for all necessary expenses in connection therewith. 2/ Resolutions adopted by debenture holders` meetings bind all debenture holders, whether absent or dissenting.
