Article 669 — Creditors not having Submitted Pre-Insolvency

1/ Creditors failing to submit their pre-insolvency claim within the specified period of time under Article 662 shall nevertheless participate in reorganization proceedings, subject to making such submission at the latest within one year from the judgment rendering the opening proceedings. 2/ Such one year period may not be subject to any interruption or suspension.
