1/ At any time during proceedings, the supervisory judge,
a creditor, a controller, or a public prosecutor, may file
an application to the Court for the replacement of the
supervisor in reorganization.
2/ The Court may grant such an application in its own
discretion.
3/ Notwithstanding the provision of Sub-Article
(2) of
this Article, the Court shall grant such an application
and appoint the supervisor in reorganization suggested
by the applicant where creditors, representing a
majority of the total amount of pre-insolvency claims,
support such appointment.
