Article 170 — Objection to Contribution

1/ During thirty consecutive days from the last publication made under Article 168 any creditor of the contributor may, even where his claim is not due, send a notice to the head office of the business organization to which the contribution was made to the effect that he objects to the contribution. 2/ Where no publication was made or the publication is invalid, a creditor may make his objection at any time.
