Article 714 — Setting aside of Bankruptcy Judgment

1/ A Judgment shall be set aside where, between the pronouncement of the judgment and the date of the order given in respect of an application to set aside or an appeal, the bankrupt has restored his affairs by repaying his creditors or the court has opened reorganization in lieu of bankruptcy proceedings. 2/ The effect of acts taken by persons responsible for conducting bankruptcy proceedings shall not be affected.
