Article 712 — Setting aside the Judgment Opening Bankruptcy

1/ An application to set aside a judgment in bankruptcy shall be made within ten days from the date of such judgment; In respect of judgments subject to posting and to insertion in newspapers empowered to publish legal notices, the period of time shall run only from date of publication. 2/ An application to set aside may not be lodged by the petitioner. 3/ An application of the debtor to set aside judgment may not suspend the execution of the judgment.
