Article 350 — Duty to Inform Irregularities

1/ Where the Auditors find irregularities or breaches of legal requirements or memorandum of association, they shall forthwith inform the supervisory board, if any, or the directors and, where grave irregularities or breaches have occurred, the general meeting of shareholders. 2/ The Auditors shall inform the concerned government authority of any matters which would appear to disclose the commission of a criminal offence.
