Article 204 — Decision Making

1/ The consent of all the partners shall be required to vary the memorandum of association, appoint an attorney or carry out any act which goes beyond normal partnership practice. 2/ Without prejudice to the provisions of Sub-Article (1) of this Article, partners may agree to take decisions by a majority vote of all the partners. In the absence of such agreement, decisions shall be taken by a unanimous vote of the partners. 3/ In the absence of a contrary agreement, each partner shall have equal vote.
