Article 711 — Appeal against the Judgment Opening

1/ The debtor and the public prosecutor may appeal against the judgment opening bankruptcy proceedings within ten days from the date on which such judgment was handed down. 2/ A creditor and the public prosecutor may file an appeal against the judgment rejecting the opening of bankruptcy proceedings. 3/ The appeal shall be heard summarily and decided within two months and the judgment shall be enforceable immediately.
