Article 77 — Transmitting Information and Documents to the

Central Data Base Any federal or regional institution that has undertaken commercial registration pursuant to this Code shall immediately transmit the information and documents, regarding each trader or business organization it registered, to the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The Ministry shall forthwith enter the data into the central commercial registration database.
