Article 305 — Removal of Directors

1/ Directors may be removed at any time by a general meeting, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the memorandum of association. 2/ A director who was removed without good cause is not entitled to be reinstated; He may only claim damages for the wrongful dismissal.
