Article 472 — Minute Recording Reduction of Capital of the

1/ A decision relating to a reduction of capital shall be entered in the company`s minute book within one month from the date of such decision.
2/ The minute prepared pursuant to Sub-Article
(1) of this Article shall be posted on the company`s website.
