Article 596 — Exceptions

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 593 of this Code the following contracts shall be governed by the relevant laws: 1/ Employment contracts; 2/ Banking and insurance contracts; 3/ Administrative contracts; 4/ Contracts concluded within the framework of financial markets, including stock exchange.
