Article 138 — Time within which to Publish Notices

1/ Notices under Article 136 shall be published within thirty consecutive days from the date on which the sale took place. 2/ Late notice shall be valid, but the buyer may be liable for any damage caused to the seller or to the seller’s creditors by reason of the delay.
