Article 638 — The Judgment Rendered for Opening

1/ The judgment rendered for opening reorganization proceedings shall have effect on all parties as of the beginning hour of the day on which the judgment has been handed down by the Court. 2/ The judgment rendered for opening reorganization proceedings shall be enforceable immediately.
