Article 796 — Reopening of Bankruptcy Proceedings

1/ The debtor or any other interested party may at any time apply to the court for setting aside the order closing bankruptcy proceedings upon showing that there are sufficient funds to meet the costs of the proceedings, or upon depositing with the trustee in bankruptcy a sufficient amount to meet the costs. 2/ The debtor shall first pay the costs arising from proceedings under Article 795 of this Code.
