Article 485 — Protection of Creditors

1/ Where known creditors have failed to file their claims, the amounts owing to them shall be paid into court. 2/ Adequate sums shall be set aside in a court to meet claims in respect of undertakings of the company which are not completed or disputed claims where the creditors have not been guaranteed or distribution of assets has not been postponed until such undertakings are completed.
