1/ The preventive restructuring plan shall be concluded
with the affected creditors within four months.
2/ Notwithstanding the provisions of Sub-Article
(1) of
this Article, the Court may grant an extension provided
that the debtor demonstrates that it is likely that the
restructuring plan would be accepted unanimously by
the affected creditors; The total duration for the plan to
be concluded, including extensions and renewals, shall
not exceed eight months.
3/ The debtor’s obligation to file for the opening of
bankruptcy proceedings shall be suspended for the
duration of the preventive restructuring proceedings.
