Article 436 — Allocation and Distribution of Profits

1/ Subject to the provisions of special law, distribution of profits shall be effected in accordance with the provisions of the memorandum of association after transfer is made to the legal reserve provided under Article 434 of this Code. 2/ Payments to directors shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Article 304 of this Code.
