Article 10 — Incapable Persons

1/ Persons incapable under the relevant law may not be traders. 2/ Subject to the provisions of Article 12 and 13 of this Code, where incapable persons carry on a trade, they shall not acquire the status of traders and their acts may be invalidated in accordance with law.
