Article 702 — Appointment of the Supervisor in Reorganization

1/ The court shall appoint the expert in the field of restructuring as supervisor in reorganization. 2/ The supervisor in reorganization shall, diligently, constitute the classes of creditors, if applicable, and submit the reorganization plan to the vote of the classes of creditors’ or the general creditors’ meetings.
