Article 284 — Transfer of Bearer Instrument Shares

1/ A bearer instrument share issued prior to the passing of this law shall be transferred by mere delivery of the document evidencing such share. No other requirement or formality is required. 2/ Unless the contrary is proven, the holder of the share shall be regarded as an owner of such share for the purposes of payment of dividends, redemption and right to vote in a general meeting or benefiting from other rights arising out of the share.
