Article 755 — Obligations of the Debtor

In furtherance with the obligations of the debtor set out in Article 5 636 and 637 of this Code, upon the judgment opening bankruptcy proceedings, the debtor shall deliver to the trustee in bankruptcy a list of customers and clients and other related documents, including a list of names and addresses, rights and obligations of contracting parties not supported by contract documents, with a view to facilitate the decision for the continuation of the business.
