1/ At any time during proceedings, a creditor may file an application to the Court for the replacement of the expert in the field of restructuring. 2/ The Court may grant such an application in its own discretion. 3/ Notwithstanding Sub-Article (2), the Court shall grant such an application and appoint the expert in the field of restructuring suggested by the applicant where creditors, representing two-third of the total amount of claims subject to the preventive restructuring proceedings, support such appointment.
