1/ The Ministry of Trade and Industry shall establish
and administer Federal Commercial Register having
nationwide application.
2/ The Ministry shall undertake registration of traders
and business organizations in accordance with this
Code.
3/ Notwithstanding the provisions of Sub-Article
(2) of
this Article the Ministry may partially delegate its
responsibilities related to the commercial register to
another federal institution.
