Article 668 — Creditors Whose Security in rem or Right of

1/ Where a creditor holds a security in rem or have preferential right and only the security in rem or the preferential right is contested, such creditor may join in the proceedings as unsecured creditor. 2/ Any contestation of a security in rem or preferential right shall be decided by the court.
