Article 586 — Firm Having a Form Other Than Those

Recognized by this Law Firms incorporated abroad, having a form which differs from those provided for under this law, shall be subject to the provisions of this law concerning share companies, as appropriate, regarding entry into the commercial register of resolutions of general meetings of shareholders and the liability of directors.
