1/ Where an existing business is sold or let out for hire,
the purchaser or lessee shall not be registered for so
long as the registration of the former trader has not
been cancelled in the register.
2/ Notwithstanding the provisions of Sub-Article
(1) of
this Article, the registration of the trader shall not be
cancelled from the register where the trader
concerned operates more than one business and he
sells or let’s out for hire only some of the businesses;
Only entries made into the register regarding the sold
or leased business shall be cancelled.
