Article 713 — Judgments not Subject to Applications to Set aside

1/ The following judgments shall not be opened to applications to set aside or appeal: a) those concerning the appointment or replacement or removal of the supervisory judge or the trustee in bankruptcy; b) those deciding upon requests for discharge and requests for assistance to the debtor and his family; c) those authorizing the sale of property and goods forming part of the estate's assets; d) those deciding upon any application to set aside orders filed by the trustee in bankruptcy within the scope of his powers; e) those authorizing the continuation of the business. 2/ The trustee in bankruptcy may not appear in proceedings under Sub-Article (1) (d).
