Article 262 — Meeting of Subscribers

1/ Upon completion of the Audit of company formation, the promoters shall forthwith call a meeting of subscribers. 2/ Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 264 of this Code, the provisions relating to the calling and decisions of an extra-ordinary general meeting shall apply to the meeting of subscribers.
