Article 747 — Procedure

Where the court has authorized the continuation of the debtor’s business following the recommendation of the creditors’ committee in accordance with Article 744 of this Code, the trustee in bankruptcy shall prepare and implement the sale of the business as going-concern in accordance with Articles 689 to 692 of this Code which shall apply mutatis mutandis.
