Article 102 — Effect of Entries

1/ Any person who caused an entry to be made in the register shall not be permitted to show that such entry is inaccurate as a defense against third parties that relied on such entry. 2/ Third parties shall not be permitted to prove that they did not know of a fact entered in the commercial register.
