Article 684 — Approval of the Reorganization Plan by the

1/ In the absence of constitution of classes of creditors in case of a small or a medium-sized enterprise, the supervisor in reorganization shall convene a general creditors’ meeting to vote on the restructuring plan. The reorganization plan shall be accepted where creditors representing at least two thirds of the claims of the general creditors' meeting have voted in favor of the plan. 2/ The rules applicable to the classes of creditor’s meeting under Article 682 of this Code shall apply, mutatis mutandis.
