Article 570 — Right to Take and Inspection of Documents

1/ the merger or division plan, merger or division report, the report submitted by impartial expert and other relevant information shall be made available at the head office and branches of the business organization one month ahead of the meeting called to approve the merger or division. 2/ The shareholders and creditors of each of the business organizations participating in the merger or division must be able to inspect and take copies of the documents indicated under Sub-Article (1) of this Article
