Article 672 — Optional validation

1/ At the request of the supervisor in reorganization, the court may invalidate all other acts performed by the debtor during the suspect period provided that: a) the creditor knew or should have known that the debtor was already in a situation of cessation of payments; and b) the act was detrimental to the estate or the payment was made in preference to other creditors. 2/ The supervisor in reorganization shall bear the burden of proof of the knowledge of the creditor referred to in Sub-Article (1) (a), except where the act was concluded with a related party.
