Article 794 — Grounds for Closing Bankruptcy Proceedings

Subject to the provisions of Article 796 of this Code, bankruptcy proceedings shall be closed: 1/ by the final distribution of the proceeds of the winding- up; 2/ by reason of insufficiency of assets; or 3/ by reason of absence of any claim against the estate.
