Article 65 — Keeping Accounts using Modern Technologies

1/ Traders may keep their general accounts using modern technologies. 2/ The accounts kept in accordance with Sub-Article (1) of this Article shall follow the formalities applicable to accounts or balance sheets kept manually. 3/ The trader may use accounts kept using modern technology as evidence in a manner similar to accounts kept manually.
