Article 373 — Proxy

1/ A shareholder who is unable to be present at a meeting may take part in and vote through a proxy; Where a shareholder has appointed a proxy, he may neither participate nor vote by himself. 2/ The provisions of Article 270 and 271 of this Code shall apply to joint holders of a share or shares, usufructuary and pledgees.
