Article 743 — Calls on Shares and Subscriptions

1/ The trustee in bankruptcy shall have the power to make calls on shares and order shareholders and partners to pay their subscriptions regardless of the fact that these subscriptions may not be due on the day of the judgment of bankruptcy. 2/ Where shareholders and partners fail to meet their subscription within ten days from the notification of the trustee in bankruptcy, the trustee in bankruptcy shall take legal action to recover the subscription amounts on behalf of the estate.
