Article 558 — Right to Squeeze-out

1/ A parent company, controlling more than 90% of the capital and voting shares of the subsidiary, has the right to purchase the remaining shares from the other shareholders in the subsidiary. 2/ The provisions under Article 294 sub–Article (2) to (7) shall apply to such purchase.
