Article 455 — Publication of Notices of Subscription

1/ The date of opening of a subscription shall be notified to shareholders by a notice published in a newspaper having nation-wide circulation and through an appropriate electronic means, ten days before the subscription list opens; Such notice shall indicate to shareholders their preferred right, the dates of opening and closing of the subscription list and the issue price of the shares and the amount required to be paid-up immediately. 2/ Where all the shares are registered shares, the company may send the notice to the shareholders by registered letter ten days before the subscription list opens.
