Article 810 — Offenses Commited by Legal Entities

1/ Business organizations may be declared guilty, according to and subject to the conditions provided for in Article 34 of the Criminal Code of Ethiopia for offenses stipulated in Article 808 of this Code. 2/ The penalties to be incurred by business organizations shall be a fine, under the terms and conditions provided for in Article 90 of the Criminal Code of Ethiopia.
