Article 188 — Risks

1/ Where the ownership of property is contributed, the risks shall pass to the partnership in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code relating to sale. 2/ Where only the use of property is contributed, the risks shall remain with the contributing partner unless the risk is caused by the fault of the partnership.
