Article 154 — Preferred Rights

1/ Secured creditors shall have a preferred right on the proceeds of the sale of a business. 2/ As between secured creditors, rights shall rank in accordance with the date on which such rights have been registered. Mortgage registered on the same day shall rank concurrently. 3/ The legal mortgage of the seller shall rank before contractual mortgages.
