Article 729 — Bankrupt Estate

1/ The bankrupt estate shall include: a) all assets and rights, including usufruct, owned by the debtor; b) civil liability claims against third parties, including against de facto and de jure managers under Article 803 of this Code. 2/ The bankrupt estate may not include all assets and rights subject to recovery pursuant to Articles 751 and 752 of this Code.
