Article 343 — Appointment of Auditors

1/ Every share company shall have one or more independent and impartial external Auditors and assistant Auditors; The Auditors and assistant Auditors shall be elected by the general meeting of the shareholders. 2/ A shareholder or shareholders representing not less than 20% of the capital of the company may appoint an Auditor selected by them. 3/ A body corporate may act as Auditor. 4/ Auditors shall be elected by the meeting of subscribers and thereafter by the general meeting.
